Daniel's Gourmet Foods co: A Hidden Gem in Fillmore

This restaurant is a gem of the heart Fillmore. There's a lot of variety of food that they served and everyone of each that we ordered didn't disappoint us. We will going back to try more their dishes. I highly recommend to this and to support this place.

Visiting friends in Fillmore and ordered takeout from Daniel’s. Friendly service when placing togo order over the phone. Order was ready when they said it would be. Friendly service at pickup also. Ordered: Chicken kabob plate Surf & Turf Hibachi Chicken Hibachi Poki bowl Total: $113 (average $28/meal) Everything was absolutely delicious! Everyone was entirely pleased with our meals — every bite. Portions were very generous and filling. Don’t let the small strip mall location fool you. This is a great eatery, serving delicious high quality food. We are definitely looking forward to our next visit!

Just so happen to stumble across this restaurant as I was in the shopping center, and have to say that it’s Fillmore’s little hidden gem. We ordered the chicken kabob with rice and hummus -chicken was juicy and flavorful! The Fillmore burger packed a punch of flavor -had a fried egg, tons of avocado, grilled onions and bell pepper. Absolutely delicious. Had the shrimp fiesta roll as an appetizer and I have to say, it was very good! Overall the place is small but has tons of character. I’d also like to add that the customer service was nothing but perfect. We will definitely be returning to try the rest of the menu.

Small place with Amazing Food! The place to go in Ventura County for Sushi/BBQ in the same spot they did this infusion perfect! And did I mention they also have amazing sweets?! Great selections of sweets that perfectly combine with the meals. And I’ve been around, this is fire! We are making this our date night spot!

Was in town on a work trip and wanted something quick and good. I found this place based on high reviews and my expectations were exceeded. The guy at the register was extremely helpful showing me pictures of all the sushi rolls I was debating on. I ended up getting the California sushi burrito and he gave me a couple slices of sushi to try while I was waiting. If I'm ever in the area again I will be returning, and will be recommending it to my coworkers.

UPDATE: 03/26 {{{I came back two weeks later, this time I brought some friends. Everyone very impressed. Everything we got was great. This place DOES NOT disappoint.}}} Uploaded new pics. If this place was a woman I'd rate it a 10!! Great presentation, great personality, and even better, great taste. I'm very skeptical of food establishments that have multiple ethnic foods on their menu, because in my experience they can be good at making them all but mastering none. I don't think Daniel wants to master other ethnic foods, he just makes delicious food with his own twist and genius and creates a master piece of flavors. I ordered three dishes from Daniel's GF. All three exceeded my expectations, and based on the reviews I went in there with high expectations. I live in San Bernardino CO. and I will come again!!

Daniel, the owner, is a remarkable individual with a genuine passion for his restaurant. Whenever I asked him for recommendations, he confidently assured me that anything I chose would be outstanding, and he was absolutely right. During my visits, I had the pleasure of trying various dishes, and each one exceeded my expectations. The surf and turf noodles were a delightful combination of flavors, perfectly cooked and seasoned. My wife opted for the Fillmore burger, which was juicy, flavorful, and cooked to perfection. We also couldn't resist trying the sushi wings, and they were a unique and delicious twist on traditional wings. Every dish we tried at Daniel's Gourmet Foods left us thoroughly impressed. The attention to detail in the preparation and presentation was evident, and the flavors were simply outstanding. It's rare to find a restaurant where every item on the menu is a winner, but Daniel's Gourmet Foods has achieved just that. We came to this small town to visit a love one at the Greenfield Care Center… Daniel the owner himself hook me up with a poke bowl. We didn’t even have to order dessert the chefs at this place gave us a complimentary slice of this amazing mango pie/ice cream. Thanks so much for the great food and experience.
